Indian Point & North Bay Dr Supports Local Coboconk Food Bank

Thanks to the generosity of both Indian Point and North Bay Drive residents the cottage community delivered four vehicles full of groceries and $1,000 in cash donations to a very grateful food bank. This was quite a bit more than 2018 which was “the largest single donation in their history”. Food Bank Director Lynda Porteous said today “this is incredible and it will last us for months”.

Special thanks to neighbours from both shores who packed and delivered groceries and to those who stayed at the food back to help local volunteers put a couple of thousand items on shelves.

Also thanks to Foodland for their bulk ordering and dedicated display.
